LabZip provides a customization and curation service, wrapped around open-source (GPL) software. We often utilize certain software and hosting derived from 3rd parties, who may have their own terms of service, warranties, or other restrictions that apply to each customer.

All software and services offered by LabZip are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service (or any part thereof) is entirely at your sole risk and expense.

LabZip is a white-label service and we do not pro vide any marketing of our brand upon your site. Many of the plugins or themes offered by us have author attribution within their code base as part of their GPL, copyright, or other licensing. It is 100% your own discretion whether to retain any such attribution for your individual site, so long as you comply with the license and copyright requirements regarding the same.
